Introductory Spiel

In planning this site, I thought about how to organize it, and how share our research, thoughts and experience. I thought too, with all the work of planning as our own contractors, how would I still manage to keep the site updated?

So instead of making the site an additional chore, I opted to use instead as the main scratch pad, scheduler, researcher and overall organization of all the aspects of renovating and adding onto our house. As such, this site begins as a skeleton which we will fill in as we progress.
